At Ralphie's Funhouse, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion accessories and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
